badbajee Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the badbajee website, mobile-optimised platform, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

badbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players through the Platform or via their registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions used in these Terms:

• "Company" / "badbajee" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the operator of the badbajee Platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to a registered badbajee player account linked to a unique mobile number or email address.
• "Platform" — refers to the entirety of badbajee's website, mobile experience, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Funds" — refers to real-money balances deposited, wagered, or held within a Player's badbajee Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free spins values, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.

Access to the ba dbajee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Use of the badbajee Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. badbajee operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18+. No exceptions are made regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a badbajee employee who has access to non-public operational information about the Platform.
• You do not already hold an existing active badbajee Account. Each Player is permitted a maximum of one Account at any time.
• Your Account has not previously been suspended or permanently closed by the Company for a terms violation.

The Company employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and withdrawal verification processes. Where there is reasonable doubt about a Player's age, badbajee reserves the right to suspend the Account and request documentary proof of age — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before reinstating access or processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment method upon confirmed identification. Any winnings generated during a period in which an Account was held in breach of the minimum age requirement may be forfeited.

To access real-money betting and casino features on badbajee, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided to badbajee at the time of registration — and at any point thereafter when updating your account details — is truthful and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or impersonated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal request, badbajee will initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• A valid passport (data page and photograph page)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking screenshot confirming the registered address or mobile number

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account's life if the internal risk or compliance team deems it necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. badbajee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify the badbajee support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to keep credentials secure.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. If the Company identifies duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any balances consolidated or forfeited at the Company's discretion.

badbajee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through payment methods approved and listed by the Company at the time of the transaction. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, among others. The available methods may change over time; the current list is always displayed within the Account cashier section.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your badbajee Account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt of cleared funds — typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions.
• The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the badbajee Account holder.
• If a deposit is made in error or the incorrect amount is sent, contact support immediately. The Company cannot guarantee recovery of funds once a payment instruction has been executed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise directed by the Company's compliance team.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method; this is displayed in the cashier. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified Accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may require additional compliance review.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between one (1) and three (3) business days from the point at which the request is approved. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once approved and submitted for processing. Ensure all account and payment details are correct before confirming a withdrawal.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected terms violation, or receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute from the same payment method.

Currency & Fees

All transactions on the badbajee Platform are conducted in BDT (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by badbajee for standard transactions. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside badbajee's control. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.

badbajee offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough" or "rollover") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Sports bets may contribute at a rate determined by minimum qualifying odds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period stated on the promotion — commonly 7 or 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in good faith, that a Player has exploited, manipulated, or abused a promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee bonus profit irrespective of game outcomes.
• Withdrawal During Bonus: If a Player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to their Account balance, the bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. The Player's real-money balance remains withdrawable.

badbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where evidence of systematic exploitation is detected. Players who believe a promotional outcome has been applied incorrectly may raise a dispute via the live chat support team.

By using the badbajee Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and written consent.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or any part of the Platform through the use of software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of cheating mechanism.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or Platform errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected Platform error are not legitimate and may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the badbajee Platform. The Company is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of badbajee is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing badbajee staff, support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate any part of the badbajee Platform's software, design, or intellectual property.

The Company monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, badbajee may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend Account access, void open bets or pending withdrawals, permanently close the Account, withhold or forfeit Account balances, and report the individual to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required by law.

Either the Player or the Company may initiate Account closure at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

A Player who wishes to close their badbajee Account should contact the 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, provided KYC requirements have been met. Any unconverted bonus funds will be removed. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

Players who are closing their Account for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., self-exclusion) are advised to review the badbajee Responsible Gaming page for the full range of tools available, including time-out periods and deposit limit adjustments, before requesting permanent closure.

Company-Initiated Closure or Suspension

badbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Detection of duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual
• A charge-back or payment reversal initiated by the Player's payment provider
• Extended Account inactivity (typically 12 consecutive months with no login)
• Legal obligation to do so under applicable law or regulatory guidance

Where an Account is closed by the Company due to a confirmed terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for a non-punitive administrative reason, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). badbajee may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 against the dormant Account balance after this period. If the Account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the Account will be closed. Players are notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badbajee's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by the Company shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance
• Losses caused by Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of God
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
• Losses attributable to a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or market data displayed due to a data feed error, where the bet has been placed after the event's outcome was already determined

Nothing in these Terms shall limit badbajee's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform contains links to third-party payment providers and game content from third-party studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). badbajee is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of these third parties. Players interact with third-party content and services at their own risk.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected part of participation. The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome, return-to-player rate for any individual session, or profit from use of the Platform.
